I am pleased to be able to share with you, via the zoom platform ( or in person , pls contact me) a fun and relaxed workshop where we will engage with both yoga and creative expression as tools for self understanding, self acceptance, self worth. Make new personal discoveries, uncover hidden secrets and find that missing creative spark.
Conducted over zoom, in the privacy of your own home, one on one workshop, or join a small group of like minded people, enjoy some easy movement, conscious breathing , visualisation and art making. We will have some time to share our experiences over a cuppa and journal entry before we end the session with a rejuvenating and grounding yoga nidra ( meditation laying down , how cool 🙂
2 hr workshop $25/$15 concession : Sunday 1pm – 3pm . To be paid in full on booking. If you would like a friend to join you in your home the same cost for workshop is per person.

No yoga or art experience is necessary. All you need is some drawing paper and something to draw/write with ; pastels, pencils, pens, textas . Variety shops great for this kind of simple materials. To sign up to zoom its FREE https://zoom.us/meetings
Make sure you have comfy clothing and enough space to move and lay down. Also a comfortable spot for art making. Have some water and tissues handy . And a small blanket and cushion for yoga nidra.
I am excited to begin this journey with you, who knows what images you have waiting to speak to you, to give you the answers that may guide you through this experience of life.
